A lot of the children have now benefited from receiving these shoes and we are very appreciative.” said deputy principal of Amaoti Primary School, Mr Dumisani Mvubu.

The school shoes were donated as a result of the funds raised by the Ntenga Foundation Charity Run/Walk events that have taken place over the past year.

Now in its fourth year running, the Ntenga Foundation Charity Run/Walk is already one of the top unique charity mass participation events in KwaZulu Natal, bringing together a superb fusion of music and athletics to Durban. Nearly 6000 social runners, families and friends have participated in the races that took place at uShaka Marine World this year.
